After stopping at a co-operative that cultivates the spice, we will continue to Agdez, where we will have lunch. We will also stop by Tamnougalte Village, the Southeast’s oldest Kasbah, to see incredible performances and take pictures. Our next stop as we travel is Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah. A charming hotel or Riad will be our home for the night in Ouarzazate.

Day 2: Ouarzazate – Tinghir – Erfoud – Merzouga

Breakfast will be served before we depart for Todra. We will stop for a quick visit at the Kasbah Amridil in the Skoura palm grove on the way to the Valley of the Roses and the Dades Valley. When we get there, we will have lunch and take a stroll through the Todra Valley. Following that, we will continue to Todra. Before continuing on the road to Erfoud through several Berber villages, stop by the Erfoud marble fossils. We will continue to the impressive Erg Chebbi in Merzouga after our camel excursion to view the sunset in the dunes. You will be accommodated in the tents of the Saharan nomads, where you can enjoy the desert’s solitary atmosphere and starry sky. Dinner and sleeping arrangements are to be made at the bivouac.

Day 3: Merzouga – Alnif – Zagora

We will wake up early to see the sunrise above the dunes. Then, after returning by camel, we will have breakfast and take a shower at the hostel. Through the towns of Rissani, Alnif, Tazzarine, and N’Koub, we will depart the Merzouga dunes in search of the Tafilalet palm. Let us proceed with our journey to Zagora by going over the Draa Valley. We will stay at the hotel for dinner and the night.

Day 4: Zagora – Agdz – Ouarzazate

As we continue our adventure in the morning, we will stop at Tansikhte, the Valley of Draa, and a few other incredible locations. The vast Agdz palm grove will also be visited, where you can later explore the charming towns and magnificent Kasbahs. Moreover, we will continue on our journey toward Ouarzazate while passing through the Anti-Atlas and the Tizi N’Tinififft pass (1660 m). In the end, we will stay the night in Ouarzazate.

Day 5: Ouarzazate – Ait ben Haddou – Marrakech

We will have a delicious Berber breakfast and then travel to the panoramic and most popular Kasbah in Morocco, Ait Ben Haddou. It has been selected as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and it looks like an amazing place to spend a full day between the impeccable building and unique architecture. In addition, it is located around the river and oases, which gives it an overarching vision. Briefly, in Ait Ben Haddou, there are restaurants to have lunch in before traveling to Marrakech through Tizi N’Ticheka Pass.

Day 6: Marrakech Guided city tour

A day is set aside for a guided tour of Marrakech’s Red City, which includes several places. However, we will visit some, such as Bahia Palace, the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia, the city’s largest mosque, the renowned Jemaa el-Fna Square, the amazing Majorelle Gardens, and the vibrant souks where local craftspeople relive their past. The night will be spent at the hotel.

Day 7: Marrakech – Essaouira

After breakfast, we will take a tour of Marrakech’s exterior. The Menara Garden has a lovely pavilion and pond in the center. The vast palm grove is surrounded by the rampart tower and serves as the actual defense for the pink mud city. We will travel to the lovely port city of Essaouira, formerly known as Mogador, after lunch. It is worthwhile to see the renowned fishing port and fine craftsmanship of the city.
