Itinerary of 2 days Marrakech to Zagora tour:
Day 1: Marrakech to Zagora desert via the Atlas mountains, Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, and Draa valley
The journey of 2 days Marrakech to Zagora tour starts from Marrakesh and head to kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou; the famous and the largest kasbah in Morocco, through Tizi nTichka pass, where you will have a stop to enjoy the panoramic landscapes and take photos. On our way you will enjoy the beauty of High Atlas mountains and old Berber villages.
After having lunch at Ait Ben Haddou, we continue our 2 days Marrakech to Zagora tour to the desert of Zagora, where you will have a glass of tea and take some rest. Then, we ride camels with a local camel man to the sand dunes, where you will have a starry night and drums music in a Berber camp.
Day 2: Zagora towards Draa valley, Ouarzazate, Berber villages, and Marrakech
On the second day of our 2 days Marrakech to Zagora tour we will wake up early to catch up the sunrise over dunes. After having breakfast and shower, we come back by camels. Then we take the road back to Marrakech and making stops to enjoy the views or to buy your needs. The lunch will be in Ouarzazate city.
