Itinerary of 4 days tour from Marrakech to Fes via Merzouga:
Day 1: Marrakech to Atlas mountains, Ait Ben Haddou and Dades gorge
Day 2: Dades to Todgha gorge, Tinijdad, Jorf, Erfoud, and Merzouga
Then we visit Mifis, a mining area from the time of Frensh when they colonised Morocco, and there they extract the black hematite stone which they use to make eyeliner, necklaces, bracelets. Next, drive few minutes to Khamlia village, listen to the Gnawa music played by the locals who are originally from Sudan and Mali. Finally, head to your riad/hotel. You will have a free afternoon in which you can enjoy some activities such as Atv Quads, Buggies, and Horses ride. Dinner and overnight at your accommodation.
You will pass by Zaabel tunnel, the capital of apple, and reach the Cedar forest of Barbarian monkeys. You will have a stop at this forest to enjoy playing with the monkeys and feeding them. Few minutes later you stop at Ifran city. It is called the Switzerland of Morocco due to its buildings, the weather and the green spaces. Later on you drive to the oldest city in Morocco and the second biggest one called Fes. We will drop you off at your accommodation in Fes.
