Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Trips For Morocco, we aim to provide flexibility while maintaining clear and fair terms. Please review our Booking and cancellation policy carefully before confirming your booking.

Booking Policy

1. Deposit Payment (Booking Confirmation)

To confirm your reservation with us, we require a small deposit in advance, with the remaining balance to be paid upon arrival.

A deposit of 10% to 20% of the total tour price is required to secure your booking.
This deposit allows us to reserve your accommodations, vehicle, and guide in advance.
Bookings are only considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Accepted Deposit Payment Methods.

We offer flexible and secure options for sending your deposit:

Credit/Debit Card (via secure payment link)
Bank Transfer
Online payment platforms (such as PayPal or Wise)

(All payment details will be provided after booking confirmation.)

3. Remaining Balance

The remaining amount is to be paid on the first day of your tour, directly to your driver/guide.
This can typically be paid in:
Cash (EUR, USD, or local currency MAD)
Or other agreed methods in advance.

4. Important Notes

The deposit is used to guarantee your reservations and cover advance bookings.
We recommend sending the deposit as soon as possible, especially during high season, to ensure availability.
A receipt/confirmation will be sent once your deposit is received.

5. Flexibility & Transparency

We aim to make the payment process as easy and secure as possible. If you have any concerns or prefer a specific payment method, feel free to contact us—we are happy to assist.
Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Requests

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or our contact form. The cancellation will only be effective from the date we receive your request. Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.

Cancellation Fees & Refunds

Cancellation fees are calculated based on the original departure date of your tour and the timing of your cancellation request.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Any transaction or administrative fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

More than 15 days before departure: 100% of the deposit refunded or offered as travel credit.
Less than 15 days before departure: deposit is non-refundable.

Failure to appear on the day of the tour or arriving significantly late without prior notice will be considered a “no-show” and is non-refundable.

Modifications & Changes

Any changes to your booking (dates, itinerary, number of travelers) are subject to availability and approval.
Additional costs may apply depending on the requested changes.
Force Majeure

Trips For Morocco is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, strikes, or transport delays. In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternative solutions, but refunds are not guaranteed.
