3 Days Tour from Errachidia To Fes

Day 1: Errachidia Airport → Merzouga

We start our 3 days tour from Errachidia to Fes at Errachidia airport and drive about an hour and half towards the Sahara desert passing by Erfoud, which is famous for fossils and minerals. Once we get there you ride your camels and cross the dunes of Erg Chebbi with a pause on the way to enjoy a magical sunset.

When you reach the camp you will be welcomed with a cup of tea then get ready for a wonderful night starting by a Moroccan dinner and ending with a Berber party with the locals.

Day 2: Merzouga Exploration

An optional but recommended wake up to enjoy the sunrise before breakfast at the camp. After that we will start our 4×4 desert tour to discover the hidden gems of the Sahara desert. First, we will visit a nomadic family who still live in an old tent, we will have a cup of tea with them  and learn about their daily life. After that we will visit a French village where they mine the Kohl.

Next we will visit Khamilia village, its original inhabitants were brought from south of Africa as refugees and became the local of this town. We will listen to their spiritual music called Gnawa music.  Lunch of the day will be the Berber pizza, a unique dish in the area. After that you check in to your accommodation to have the rest of the day to relax or enjoy the optional activities of the area such as Dune buggy or Atv quads. Dinner and overnight at your Riad/camp.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi Dunes →  Ziz Valley →  Middle Atlas → Ifrane → Fes

On the last day of our 3 days tour from Errachidia to Fes, we start driving towards Fes. Our main stops will be at the Ziz valley, a palm grove of 175 miles long. The cedar forest of the Barbarian monkey in Azrou. The city of Ifrane or the Switzerland of Morocco due to their similarities. Finally we reach Fes late afternoon and here we end our 3 days tour from Errachidia to Fes.
